Ilea G5

Our Ilea G5 closes the gap between the small Icon G5 and the powerful Ida BT G5. It is available with one microphone for a discreet hearing solution and also with two microphones to get the advantages of an multimicrophone setup. It is very user friendly thanks to the optional push button.

Ida BT G5

The Ida BT G5 is the first Audio Service custom hearing system with Direct Audio Streaming technology via Bluetooth and standard wireless functionality. This makes the hearing system a universally networked in-ear communication center. In-ear hearing systems with G5 technology impress with their unique sound and many innovative features.

Icon G4

The smallest in-the-ear hearing systems from Audio Service are called Icon. These extremely small devices are available as either DIC (from TL 8 upwards) or Mini-CIC systems. It functions completely automatically, i.e. the hearing system automatically adjusts to different hearing situations. These custom-made hearing systems can be worn almost invisibly.

How Digital Hearing Aids Work?

The most basic function of a hearing aid is to amplify sound. Digital hearing aids, which have only been around since late 1990’s, offer such a natural and rich sound due to their ability to be configured to better match a wearer’s unique pattern of hearing loss.

Older hearing devices only amplified hearing in two channels – high-pitched sounds (treble) and low-pitched sounds (base). Modern hearing aids separate sound into numerous frequency bands (up to 48 bands) and then amplify each band by the amount required to restore normal hearing levels at that band.
