BiCore hearing aids have the lowest power consumption of any Rexton hearing aids and therefore have a 20% longer runtime. With a full charge, wearers can expect 28 hours without streaming or 24 hours with 5 hours of streaming. With a 30-minute fast charge, you can get a runtime of 6 hours without streaming, or 4 hours with 100% streaming.

BiCore hearing aids are also available in a rechargeable RIC version with a telecoil.With a full charge, wearers can expect 39 hours without streaming or 36 hours with 5 hours of streaming.With a 30-minute fast charge, you can get a runtime of 9 hours without streaming, or 5 hours with 100% streaming.

Rexton Reach inoX - CIC Li 80

Use the Rexton hearing aid app to control your hearing aids. For example, you can adjust volume and settings on the go via the Rexton Assist. You can also benefit from tapping into your audiologist without booking an appointment when you need remote audiology care.

These are rechargeable CIC hearing aids with ATEX certification and are available in colours black/black and black/mocha. The Rexton Reach inoX – CIC Li 80 portable hearing aid charger takes just 3 hours to fully charge the devices – giving you up to 28 hours of battery runtime.

How Digital Hearing Aids Work?

The most basic function of a hearing aid is to amplify sound. Digital hearing aids, which have only been around since late 1990’s, offer such a natural and rich sound due to their ability to be configured to better match a wearer’s unique pattern of hearing loss.

Older hearing devices only amplified hearing in two channels – high-pitched sounds (treble) and low-pitched sounds (base). Modern hearing aids separate sound into numerous frequency bands (up to 48 bands) and then amplify each band by the amount required to restore normal hearing levels at that band.
